Questions
Members of both Houses put questions to the Ministry. The Ministry publishes its answers in dedicated Lok Sabha and Rajya Sabha archives.
Statements
A minister may make a statement to a House on a matter of importance. The Ministry publishes statements made by the External Affairs Minister.
Either House
Under Article 88 of the Constitution, every minister has the right to speak in, and take part in the proceedings of, either House. That is why a Rajya Sabha member can address the Lok Sabha.
